She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bligh and Mary Bligh; her husband Randy Payne; her siblings, Keith Bligh (Florence), Marshall Bligh (Bernice), Charlotte Riggs (Stanley), Helen Preston (Paul) and Alice Simonson (Lyle); her nieces, Barbara Atwell and Norma Preston; and her nephew Gerald "Jerry" Riggs. She is also survived by four nieces and one nephew and several great nieces and nephews.
