Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Harry Noffsinger and Helen Noffsinger; and her siblings, Loretta Koly, Janet Thistlewood and John Noffsinger.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Klein (Chuck), Michael Wimsatt (Laura) and Kristin Wimsatt; and her grandson Garrett Wimsatt. She is also survived by 8 step grandchildren.
