She was predeceased by : her father Charles E. Wise; and her brothers, Bobby and Alex Herman. She is survived by : her husband Dan; her children, Mileena Jane Norman of Sandusky and Nolan Shane Norman of Elyria; her mother Martha Jane Herman; her stepfather Phillip Herman of Elyria; and her siblings, Ginger Herman (Gary) of Lorain, Amanda Denevic of Willoughby, Kathy Rakovec (Jim) of Wooster, Edward Wise (Kalyn) of New London, Jason Herman (Davina) of North Canton, Jerry Herman (Lydia) of Oberlin and Eathan Herman of Lakewood.

The family suggests that memorial contributions in Rhonda's memory be sent to A Fresh Wind Church.
