It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M Herman (Elyria, Ohio), who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan and Michael; his siblings, Joe, Sally and Marge; his son James; and his granddaughter Kathryn.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Patricia Fuehrer (George), Andrew and Robert; his granddaughters, Jennifer Turner (Corey Beckham), Alexandra Turner (Patrick Duke) and Victoria Liotta (John); and his great grandchildren, Giovanni, Ryan, Jackson, Max and Raeghan.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Veterans Visiting Veterans program at UH Elyria Medical Center.
