He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Deborah Kandra (David) and Richard Willard Jr. (Patti); his grandchildren, Adam Willard (Casey), Matthew Willard (Molly), Paige Jameson-Foster, Lauren Innes (Aaron), Ashley Kandra and Emily Plas (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Easton, Eliza, Stevie, AnnaMari, Evey, Alena, Piper and Otto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
