He was predeceased by: his father Lemiel Brewer; his stepfather Gordon; and his grandfather Nichols. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Nichols; his wife Barbara; his children, Joe (Brenda), Justin (Emily), Blake (Dana), Erin Fawver (Kurt) and Abby Earl (Anthony); and his aunt Rose Jost. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
