With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Ruth of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Davies and Vivian Davies; her husband Bill Ruth; and her siblings, John and Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Beth McNulty (Jim) of Elyria, Sandra Vidovich (Rob) of Elyria, Susan Willoughby (Greg) of South Amherst, Nancy Borgia (Kenny) of North Ridgeville, Heidi Knapp (Tim) of Grafton and Chip Heginbotham (Jane) of Gilbert, AZ; her stepchildren, Edward Ruth (Peggie) of Elyria, Michael Ruth (Pam) of Mt. Gilead and Patti Gott (Kirk) of Wellington; her grandchildren, Emily, Shaemus, Hope, Jared, Ian, Kyle, Ryan, Maria, Joseph, Anthony, Abby, Alexis, Donald, Dustin, Matthew, Christopher, Jennifer, Kelly, Kristin, Jarrett, Alex and Brieanna; and her sister Marcia Palagyi (Andy) of Lorain. She is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (300 3rd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens (3700 Center Rd, Avon, OH 44011).
