He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Leidenheimer. He is survived by: his wife Holly A.; his sons, Matthew Stephen of Elyria and Jonathan Alan Leidenheimer of Elyria; his mother Diane Leidenheimer; and his brother Eric Leidenheimer (Lisa) of North Ridgeville.
