He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis and Claudine; his sister Elaine Ryan; and his sister-in-law Ann Johns. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Krista Muro, Julie Cecil, Jr. (Paul), Robert Neugebauer (Fran) and Jeffrey Neugebauer; his siblings, Darlene Landgraf (Gary), Lisa Ace (Ernest), Patricia Johns "Michael" and Dean Johns; and his grandchildren, Evan and Olivia Floyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
