He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wanda, Judy, Donzitta and Terry. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tina Duposki; his daughter Jessica Caudill; his stepchildren, Charles Perry, Lewis Perry, Jennifer Perry and Tommy Duposki; and his sister Fae Rogers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
