He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jezewski (Daly); his children, Deborah Gilchrist (Steven) and David Jezewski (Bettyann Bruewer); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Clara, Anna and Sam.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (320 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's name can be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church.
