He was predeceased by: his mother Bettie Louise Skinner. He is survived by: his parent Laco Ray; his wife Patti Skinner; his sons, Tim Skinner (Ashlyn), Kevin Skinner (Mindea), Cody Skinner and Sean Skinner; and his siblings, Deborah Hance (Ruben), Monica Herbert (Allen), Dale Skinner and Jeffrey Skinner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters.
