She was predeceased by : her parents, Cline Ellis and Onetta Ellis; her siblings, James "JC" Ellis and Sharon Lottig; and her granddaughters, Destiny Hope and Alyssa Marie Coleman.

She is survived by : her children, Antonio Russo, Raymond Russo (Amanda), Angel Russo (Sam Garza), Georgina Robinson (Adrian), Denise Russo and Kimberly Russo; and her siblings, Keith Ellis (Tina), Mickey Ellis (Annette), Daniel Ellis, Gregory Ellis (Bobbi), Greg Ellis (Patty), Bunny Lane (Gary) and Sybil Wilcox (Richard). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-great grandchildren.
