He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Jacobs and Elsie Jacobs (Amenhauser); his sisters, Wanda and Wilma; his pet Woodchuck; his wife Marlene DeLaVars Jacobs; his daughter Robin Jacobs Rader (Scott); and his stepchildren, Sidney Wise (Amber) and Angela Wise Drozdowski.
