He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Frederick and William Frederick Sr.; and his former wife Sandy Muschitz. He is survived by: his wife Alyce Frederick; his children, William E. Frederick of Elyria, Ronald L. Frederick of Elyria, Laura Kugel (Robert) of Heath and Joanna Deidrick of Avon Lake; his stepsons, Matt Purper (April) of New Albany and Bill Purper (Suzanne); his grandchildren, William, Amy Frederick, Tina Visalden, Christina, Courtney Kugel, Ashton Shearer, Max, Cameron Purper, Imogen and Averie Ybarra; his great grandchildren, Jose Jr. and Josiah Visalden; and his siblings, Adrian Frederick and Judy Hurdelbrink (Tom).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services (36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home (36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039).
