Westbrook, Jr. (Rachel) of Empire and Chris Westbrook (Liz) of Empire; his siblings, Lorie Westbrook of Empire, John Westbrook of Toronto, OH, Charles Westbrook of Empire and Dewey Westbrook, III (Joann) of Toronto; his grandchildren, Ashlee Stine (Patrick), Kayleigh Fisher (Nick), Hallie and Memphis Westbrook; his great grandchildren, Riley and Gwendolyn Stine; and his pet Marshall.
