He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Patko and Mary Patko (Kovacs); his brother John Patko (Charmaine); and his daughter-in-law Anita Sablan. He is survived by: his significant other Margaret "Janet" Patko; his sons, Gregory Patko, David Patko (Laurie) of Tipp City and Douglas Patko; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Tara), Andrew, Kyle (Wendi) and Joshua Patko; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Luna and Lila Patko. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
