He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Smith; and his brother-in-law William "Bill" Petrakos. He is survived by: his children, Justin Smith (Candi), Dustie Mulford (Jason), Stacia Brown (Jesse) and Darby Philabaum (Kent); his grandchildren, Bailey, Wyatt, Layla (Johnny), Lincoln, Easton, Ainsley, Kaden, Sophia and Isabella; his mother Betty Smith; his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Smith (Judy) and Debbie Petrakos; and his siblings' children, Stacy Schulte (Jerry), Shannon Taylor (Mark) and Jason Petrakos (Megan). He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
