She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Oakley and Martha Oakley (Frye); her son-in-law Marshall A. "Mark" Rucker; and her brother-in-law Denny Bolton. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Underwood; her children, Tracy Rucker, Sara Weidel and Brent Underwood (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Roschey Black, Tierney Miller (Jesse Akers), Quentin Rucker (Silvanna), Kendall Rucker, Donavan Black, Wyatt Underwood and Myla Underwood; and her sisters, Denise Bolton and Darlene DiMaria (Steve). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
