He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leroy and Mary Ida Wood (Adkins); his son Jeffrey Wood; and his siblings, Thomas Richard Wood, James Wood, Jane Whited and Dorothy Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Wood (Brown); his children, Teresa Wood-Mazotti of Colorado, Susan (David Coy), Robert (Jane Wood), Timothy Wood of Sidney and Kelly Wood of Sidney; and his stepdaughter Dayle Felts of Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
