He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelbert Hurt and Pearl Hurt. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hurt (Woodie); his children, Rick Hurt, Tamara and Kim; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Gabriel Hurt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
