He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Sullivan (Thomas); his daughters, Tracey John (Chris) and Shannon Lupton (Alan); his grandchildren, Payton and Brady; his siblings, Bert Sullivan (Donna), Alice Kotte (Roger) and Carol Eaton (Edward); his sister-in-law Sue Livingston; and his caregiver Barb Shively. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
