He is survived by: his father Charlie Leroy McCormick; his stepmother Lisa Ann McCormick of Englewood; his wife Veronica McCormick of Dayton; his sister Addison McCormick of Englewood; and his half-siblings, Robert Marcum of Mansfield and Alexis Wilt of Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
