Julie B. Ragan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025, at the age of 68, Julie B. Ragan of Englewood, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julie B. Ragan to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Julie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Julie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryce Stevens and Shirley Stevens (Welch). She is survived by: her husband Kimbal Ragan; her children, Kyle Ragan and Anthony Ragan; and her siblings, Carole Stevens (Mike Willy) and Phil Stevens (Laura). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Church (5300 Philadelphia Dr, Dayton, OH 45415). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
