With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Chadwick Mattix of Englewood, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark Chadwick Mattix to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Charles P. Mattix; and his sisters, Mary McCelland, Dorothy Mustaine, Ilene Haas and Nevelyn Mattix.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Mattix (Hill); his sons, Chadwick Mattix (Leslie) of Loveland and Bradley Mattix (Tina) of Batavia; his grandchildren, Michael Mattix, Billy Masur, Carly Mattix and Luke Mattix; and his great grandchildren, Landon Masur, Joshua Masur and Michael Mattix Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
