He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Turner Barlow and Geneva Eileen Wells (Mann); his sister Sue Sims; and his father-in-law Richard Eifort. He is survived by: his wife Judith Barlow (Eifort); his children, Meghan Porter (Jesse), Jonathan Barlow (Diann) and Molly Barlow (Jean); his grandchildren, Courtney, Ashley, Tristan and Lily; his siblings, Pam Barlow, Doug Barlow (Cheryl) and Greg Barlow (Kay); and his mother-in-law Joyce Eifort. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
