He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Everet and Jessie Pennington; his wife Kim Renee Pennington; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Murphy and Frank Crivello.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Murphy of Xenia and Ruth Crivello of Kettering, OH; his nieces, Grace Crivello (Darren LeCroix) and Gina Claghorn (Wesley); and his nephew Edward Murphy.
