He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Applegate (Scott) of Xenia and Amy Shotts (Michael) of Englewood; his grandchildren, Brittney Donovan (Anna), Kristine Maxel (Adam), Brayden Haskell (Abby), Kailey Applegate and Grayson Shotts; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Maxel, Aria Maxel and Haven Johnson; his siblings, Carol Hammond (Dave), John Rawlins (Karen) and Tammy Rotondo (Lio); and his friend Tom Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
