He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kaye Crews (Givens); his daughters, Tonya and Tara (Jason); his grandchildren, Tori, Tayler and Jason Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kynlee and Tatum; his siblings, Judy, David, Rick, Rhonda and Rita; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Wanda Givens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
