Samuel Church Obituary

Samuel David Church, age 56 of Englewood, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. He was working for Climate Control Systems in Dayton and also enjoyed working on automobiles. Sam enjoyed camping, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 19 years: KayLynn (Maxwell) Church, sons: Zachary Church of Englewood, and Samuel Winert of Troy, daughters: Chanessa Church of Union, Elyssa Davis of Englewood, five grandchildren, mother: Helen (McCarty) Church of Tipp City, sisters: Teresa (Rick) Gantz of Troy, Edith Jacobs of Tipp City, Kathy (Jamie) Waites of Troy, sister-in-law: Cathy (Michelle Liddy) Maxwell of Clayton, brother-in-law: Michael Maxwell of SC, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Everett Church and father-in-law and mother-in-law: William and Beverly Maxwell. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. until time of services.

Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
