We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 76, William Edward Holt of Englewood, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Holt and Virginia Holt (McFann); his wife Denise Kaye Holt; his sisters-in-law, Casmyra Dame Graveline and Margo Raye Knavel; and his cousins, Diana and Nick Bucholtz.

He is survived by : his daughters, Melissa "Missy" Johnson (Brian) and Micki Reynolds (Michael); his siblings, Gary Holt (Roberta) and Vada Estridge (Eddie); his grandchildren, Taylor Inderrieden (Kinden) and Kaden Reynolds; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Lipinski (Todd), Beth Barsala (Andy), Cindy Moore (Todd), Amy Ross (Mike), Jason Holt (Molly), Rob Graveline, Allen Graveline (Jackie) and Brandon Graveline (Samantha); and his brother-in-law Charles Graveline. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420).
