She is survived by: her children, Douglas R. Zizelman (Star) of Celina, Ohio, Vickie S. Salmons (James Christian) of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Connie F. Daisy of Wapakoneta, Ohio, William D. Zizelman (Linda) of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Steven L. Zizelman of Celina and Maxine L. Shady of Blanchard, Pennsylvania.; and her brothers, James Cady (Leslie) of Toledo, Ohio and David Cady (Pat) of Lima, Ohio.. She is also survived by 70 grandchildren, great – grandchildren, and great – great – grandchildren.
Memorials in lieu of flowers in Beverly's memory are to be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Fund.
