He was predeceased by : his father James M. Horn. He is survived by : his mother Susan L. Brady (Barkalow); his wife Christa; his children, Rachel Mann (Trey) and Ryan Horn; his stepchildren, Colin Czyzak and Alyssa Pfledderer (Christian); his grandmother Rose Mary Barkalow; his stepfather Nace Brady of Brooksville, KY; and his sister Deborah Northern of Monroe, OH. He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
