He is survived by: his sons, Jon Cornette (Marva) of Monroe and Jason Cornette (Tara) of Sanford; his grandchildren, George Ryan-Tyler Cornette, Charles Nathaniel Cornette, Samantha Cornette, Hailey Cornette, Hunter Cornette, Ethan Cornette and Jamie Cornette; his great grandchildren, Noah Cornette, Eleanor Cornette, Maisley Cooper and Arcadia Cooper; and his siblings, Teresa Walters of Greenup, KY and Gary Matthew Cornette (Teresa) of Ashland. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hutchinson Cemetery W Felty.
