She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Nancy Allen Clark (Morris) of Williamsburg; her brother Gary Thomas Clark; and her son Ryan Curtis Blair. She is survived by: her husband Col. Richard Rigsbee; her daughter Meagan Caroline Reed; her son-in-law Eric Reed; her grandchildren, Montgomery Ryan Reed and Savannah Summer Reed; her stepchildren, Laura and Brian Rigsbee; her siblings, Cathleen Mayes, Caren Puckett (Steve), Chris Clark (Raisa) and Wesley Clark (Sarah Lynn); her cousins, Maria Stoneman and Jim Snyder; and her friends, Veronique Nicklas, Barbara Butler, Carolyn Allard, Bob Pearson and Diane Fralick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Enon United Methodist Church, New Harmony Global Methodist Church, the American Cancer Society, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
