He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ark and Maxine Ark (McLaughlin); and his siblings, Mary Shook, Jane Allen, Charles Ark and Raymond Ark.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Escojido (George) and Reese Ark (Sharon); his grandchildren, Ashley Ark and Connor Ark; his great grandchildren, Alayna and Zeke; and his sisters, Patricia McMullen and Ruth Ark. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Jerry.
