She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe O'Neil and Anna O'Neil (Hedgeline). She is survived by: her husband Terry Weaver; her children, Randell Weaver (Candy) of Weirton, WV, Rick Weaver of New Castle, Richard Weaver of East Palestine and Roxanne Ragle (Brian) of Texas; her siblings, Andy O'Neil (Mary), Smitty O'Neil (Wanda), Laura Logan (Marty) and Maxine Guminski; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Nicole, Samuel, Zoe, Skylor, Kara and Taylor. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
