She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Foster and Louise Foster (Manor); her husband Donald Loper; and her siblings, Margery Taylor, Janet Duff, Susan Gibson, Marcell Harding, Charles Foster, Melvin Foster and Jack Foster.

She is survived by : her children, Tom Loper (Cheryl) of Mechanicsburg, Don Loper (Joann) of Springfield, Cheryll Dailey (Roger) of Enon, Diana Arrington (Ron Lee) of Springfield and Cathy Loper of Springfield; and her sister Linda Carson of Fairborn. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
