She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Rapp and Charlene Rapp; her husband Larry Heath; her son Tim Heath; and her siblings, Norma Jean Hollycross and Tom Rapp.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Chavez; and her grandson Jose Chavez of Enon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
