It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah L. Wedlake of Enon, Ohio, born in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Noah Burghy and Willimena Burghy (Shores); her husband Richard; and her son-in-law Butch Elder, III. She is survived by : her children, Richard Wedlake (Lauren), Sherry Wedlake-Rabideau (Dale), Shelby Elder and Shawna Dunwiddie (Jason); her grandchildren, Nacole Fleitz, Kiimberly Allgeier, Jessica Wedlake, Loretta Wedlake, Brian Cook, Justin Dunwiddie and Brittany Dunwiddie; and her sister Frannie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Greater Dayton Humane Society.
