Francis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Francis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Francis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Howard (Young); and his son Michael Howard. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Howard, Kevin Howard, Mark Howard, Kimberly Howard and Catherine Howard; and his sister Catherine Petrillo. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cotner Funeral Home (7369 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068).
