June Arlene (Tisdale) Thrash Obituary
June Arlene Thrash (Tisdale), 89, of Etna, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 11, 2025 at Middleton Senior Living. She was born on June 26, 1936 in Summit Station, OH, a daughter to the late Carl O. and Sylvia C. (Cochenour) Tisdale. June is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, David W. Thrash; children, Christy (Rex) Johnson, Keith (Kathy) Thrash and Cecil (Michelle) Thrash; grandchildren, Jeremey (Sheri) Corum, Nathan (Jessica) Corum, Andy Thrash, Katie (Rodney) Hook and Aimee (Joe) Hand; step-granddaughter, Teaonna (Alec) Knode; eight great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Richard "Dick" Tisdale, Charles "Chuck" Tisdale and sisters, Marjorie Moore and Doris Campbell. June was a lifelong member of Wagram Community Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir, sewing bees and helping with preschool. She enjoyed traveling across country in their RV with her husband and spending time with family. Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Wagram Community Church, 9535 Mink St. SW, Etna, OH 43068 with Pastor Doug Lynn officiating. Interment will follow at Etna Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wagram Community Church in June's memory.
