He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Eugene Price, Sr.; and his sister Valerie Price. He is survived by: his daughter Felecia; his son-in-law Randy Williams of Etna; his grandchildren, Chase, Corey and Conner Williams; his mother Frances Whitten (Williamson) of Virginia; his stepfather Jesse Johnson of Avon Park, Florida; his brothers, Larry Price (Heidi) of Sebring, Danny Price (Pam) of Waterford, James Price of Lorida and Kevin Johnson of Avon Park, Florida; and his friends, Carl Morris, Charlie Sparks and Woody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
