He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nemec and Gina Nemec. He is survived by: his sister Patty Smith (Jim Bergant); and his nieces and nephews, Caitlin Peterson (Danny), Alex Smith (Ashley), Ava, Aiden, Carter and Xander.
