He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan I. Sambula and George E. Sambula (Carol); his parents-in-law, Anthony and Rosari Pingatore; his sister Amelia Theresa Sambula; and his sister-in-law Frances Pingatore.
He is survived by: his wife Toni; his siblings, James Sambula (Donna), Annette Jernejcic (Randy), Kathleen (late Christopher Banks) and Murphy (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Leah Lorence (Nicholas), Nicholas Sambula (Amanda), Anthony Sambula (Lindsay), Lauren Walters (Adam), Amelia Jernejcic, Andrew Jernejcic, Anthony Jernejcic, Michael Banks (Megan), Michaela Banks, Christina Banks, Randy Jernejcic (Jacqueline), Corrine Tyler (Wayne), Paul Jernejcic (Tara) and Michelle Redder (Shane).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes a donation to the Amy Sambula Memorial Spirit Scholarship Villa Angela-St. Joseph School or American Red Cross.
