With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack R. Clark Jr. of Euclid, Ohio, born in East Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoAnne Boulter; his parents, Nancy L. Clark and Jack Sr.; his siblings, Kathy Poulos (Nicholas) and Kenneth Clark (Linda); his brother-in-law Nicholas Boulter (Rebecca); his stepchildren, Tristian Hooten (Sarah) and Steven Hooten (Danielle); his nieces and nephews, James Poulos (Veronica), Jennifer Haneline (Timothy), Michael Poulos (Ashley), Rachel Kobernik (Bradley), Casey Clark (Lauren Sukalac), Sophie Boulter (Zaid) and Nathan Boulter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth Poulos, Lillian Poulos, Timothy Haneline, Mabel Haneline, Nicholas Poulos and Charlotte Poulos; and his grandchildren, Brendan Hooten, Vanessa Hooten, Ellaina Hooten and Dominic Hooten.
