With sadness, we share the passing of James F. Granito (Euclid, Ohio). James, born on December 30, 1950, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Granito and Rose Granito; his brother Vincent; and his grandson Jeffrey James. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Tim and Kayla (Jeremy); his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his granddaughter Addison; his son Joe; his brothers, Anthony (Mary-Beth), Michael (Normajean) and Donald (Karen); his sister-in-law Pat; and his friend Ruth Granito.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fioritto Funeral Home (5236 Mayfield Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Robert and William Church (367 E 260th St, Euclid, OH 44132).
To honor his memory, the family requests donations be made to the Alzeimer's Association, which offers support to those facing dementia every day and advances research in hopes of one day finding a cure or Reserve Care Hospice of Cleveland.
