He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Sas and Margaret Sas; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Peterson. He is survived by : his children, James Sas Jr., Jessica Kynyk (Nicholas) and Jaclyn Stanton (Mark); his grandchildren, Torren, Taylor, Tieghan, Nicole, Tatum and Ryan; and his siblings, Joseph Sas (Joanie), Geraldine Peterson, John Sas (Jean) and Janet Moskalski (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
