She is survived by: her husband Andrew Balazs; her children, Andy Balazs (Terri), Tom Balazs (Martha), Mary Jo Wiley (Tom), Suszie Picozzi (Joe) and William Balazs; her grandchildren, Andy Balazs (Ashley), Josefine Dunn Elizabeth (Tyler), Kristin Edwards (Russ), Nikki Picozzi (Evan), Kara Wiley (Eli), Max Balazs, Sammie Jo Hardy (Phoenix), Taylor Balazs, Morgan Balazs, Margo Balazs and Marissa Balazs; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Lincoln Balazs, Pablo Jr., Lucah, Felipe Teran, Tripp and Ellis Edwards.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in hopes that future generations won't have to suffer as Mary Jane did.
