He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Costello and Violet "Vi" Costello; and his brother-in-law Danny Gutkowski. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Costello (Nicole), Melissa Razayeski (Tim), Bethany Costello, Matthew Costello (Aline) and Bridget Costello; his grandchildren, Carter Costello, Emma Razayeski, Charlotte Razayeski, Emilia Razayeski and Luca Costello; and his siblings, Gayle Gutkowski, James Costello and Lynn Costello (Tom).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Lake Parish (175 E 200th St, Euclid, OH 44119).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Al-Anon Family Groups or an organization of your choice, in honor of the fellowship that brought Patrick such peace.
